Alohi’s provision of Sign.Plus is conditioned on your acknowledgement of, and agreement to the below terms as well as Terms of Service. Unless otherwise defined in these Product-Specific Terms, capitalized terms will have the meaning given to them in the Alohi Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1.1. Product description. Sign.Plus is a legally binding electronic signature platform that allows customers to sign documents electronically online as well as send out documents for signature (“Sign.Plus Services”).
2.1. Sign.Plus use. To use Sign.Plus Services you must either have an Account or have received a request for signature in your email account by a user, or be physically present with a user for in-person signing.
2.2. Electronic signature responsibilities. Electronic signatures and electronic records may be subject to specific regulations determined by government agencies around the world. We are not responsible or liable to determine whether any of our users signed documents are subject to any exceptions to applicable electronic laws or are legally viable to be processed with electronic signature. To find out whether your document is subject to specific regulations around the world, consult your organization’s legal counsel or your legal representative.
2.3. Audit trails. A digital audit trail records all activities in connection with the electronic documents signed using Sign.Plus Services. The audit trail records information concerning the status of the document at each stage of the signing process, for both the sender and the recipient(s). The activities recorded include, but are not limited to, date and timestamps, name, email address, IP address and electronic document action taken (created, viewed, signed).
2.4. Identity verification. Certain transactions will require an identity verification. We use third-party service providers (“Service Providers”) to carry out the identification processes for online signatures. We are not responsible or liable for the processes used for identification by the Service Providers. All data provided by you must be accurate to ensure correct results. For in-person signing scenarios, identity verification will occur at the discretion of the user who owns the device and is facilitating the in-person signing. Alohi is not responsible or liable if the Service Providers or users facilitating in-person signing are unable to verify your identity and consequently unable to sign the electronic document, or if the Service Provider or user incorrectly identifies and verifies another recipient and allows them to sign the electronic document.
3.1. Retention of signed electronic documents by the user. The retention periods of any electronic documents signed using Sign.Plus Services are determined by the user and are subject to applicable laws. We are not responsible to determine the length of the retention periods for which electronic documents are stored by the users. For further information about the retention of personal data, kindly refer to our Privacy Policy.
3.2. Electronic document transmission and storage. We will store and send the electronic documents in accordance with respective Subscription Plans. During your Subscription Term, you may download copies of electronic documents for storage. However, we reserve the right to prevent or stop any usage of Sign.Plus Services that appears to be abusive or are unduly burdensome and set limits for reasonable use.
3.3. Uncompleted electronic documents sent out for signature. Uncompleted electronic documents, which have been sent out for signature, may be deleted without notice, at our sole discretion, (i) upon the expiration of the envelope (where such an expiration has been set) (ii) upon the expiration of the Subscription Terms. We are not liable or responsible for the failure of a party to electronically sign the electronic documents within the given timeframes.
4.1. Pricing policy. Subscription Plans contain signature requests that are included in each plan. If you want to send and/or receive more signatures than are included in your Subscription Plan, you will need to upgrade your Subscription Plan. We may change the prices for or alter the features and options in a particular Subscription Plan without notice.
4.2. Unused Subscription Plan items. The amount of signatures included in your Subscription Plan is valid only for a one-month period and does not roll over to the next month.
5.1. Cooling-off period and refund policy. When you purchase a Subscription Plan or perform any purchase directly from us you will be entitled to a cancellation period of 24 hours (“Cooling-Off Period”) unless you have made use of the purchased item or plan in any way, in which case the Cooling-Off Period will be extinguished and your purchase cannot be canceled or refunded. Outside of the Cooling-Off Period, nothing is refundable.
5.2. Cooling-off period limitations. The Cooling-Off Period and refunds do not apply to payments made that are (i) purchased via our third party partner (please contact the partner directly, who may decide, at its sole discretion, whether or not to pay a refund), (ii) not directly acquired online from us (e.g. vouchers or pre-paid cards) (iii) paid for in cash using third party payment methods (such as a cash payment wallet) and (iv) paid for and allocated to your Account by a manager, administrator or another user.
5.3. Misuse. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we reasonably believe (i) that you are trying to unfairly exploit this refund policy, for example, by making repetitive refund requests in respect of the same Alohi Service; (ii) if you are in breach of Alohi Terms or (iii) if we reasonably suspect that you are using Alohi Services fraudulently or that your Account is being used by a third party fraudulently.
6.1. Free trial. You may be provided with a free trial of Sign.Plus Services for a period of 14 days for a Subscription Plan of your choice. The free trial may have reduced access to features of Sign.Plus Services. The Alohi Terms apply throughout the free trial.
6.2. Expiration of the free trial. During the registration for a free trial of Sign.Plus Services, you will be asked to provide your payment method. Upon the expiration of the 14 day trial period, your chosen Subscription Plan will automatically be due. You acknowledge that you will not receive a notice from us that your 14 day trial has ended and that payment for your chosen Subscription Plan is due. You can upgrade your free trial to a paid Subscription Plan of your choice at any time during the 14 day trial period. Unless you purchase a Subscription Plan that is equivalent or higher than that covered by the free trial, all the data entered during the trial period will be permanently lost upon the expiration of the trial period. We reserve the right to reduce or cancel the free trial period without prior notice.
6.3. Cancellation of a free trial. If you wish to cancel your paid free trial before the expiration period ends, you may do so via your “Profile > Plan & Billing” page.

Alohi’s provision of Fax.Plus is conditioned on your acknowledgement of, and agreement to the below terms as well as Terms of Service. Unless otherwise defined in these Product-Specific Terms, capitalized terms will have the meaning given to them in the Alohi Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1.1. Product description. Fax.Plus is an easy, secure and reliable online faxing solution, available across many platforms. Fax.Plus integrates with a large number of third-party services. This online fax service was developed for individuals and companies that need to send and receive faxes without investing in fax machines and fax servers (“Fax.Plus Services”).
2.1. Local numbers. Upon signing up for Fax.Plus Services you will be provided one or more local numbers by us (“Fax.Plus Numbers”). You have no title over Fax.Plus Numbers and acknowledge that we are their sole owner. Fax.Plus Numbers will be provided to you according to the rules and regulations of the local number provider. Purchased numbers from us cannot be ported out, but numbers that were previously ported in from another provider can be ported out. In case of an error or change in the telecommunications services provided by our suppliers, or any occurrence of discrepancies by third-party suppliers that may cause problems in Fax.Plus Service, we hold no responsibility and you void any claim or objection in this regard.
2.2. Limitation of services. We reserve the right to prevent fax submission to certain destinations.
2.3. Unsolicited advertisements. In the United States under the Federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991 (TCPA), in the European Union under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003, and in the laws of many other countries, states and provinces, the transmission of unsolicited fax advertisements is illegal. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your use of Fax.Plus if you send unsolicited fax advertisements and / or spam.
3.1. Pricing policy. Each Subscription Plan contains several pages that are included in each plan. If you want to send and/or receive more pages than are included in your Subscription Plan, you will need to add credits (“Fax.Plus Credits”) to your Fax.Plus Account. The extra price for transmission of exceeding pages can be checked at Fax.Plus Pricing, and will be deducted from your Fax.Plus Credits accordingly. Most fax pages take less than sixty (60) seconds to transmit. However, for each inbound or outbound transmission, the number of pages charged is calculated based on the greater between the actual number of pages sent or received and the number of full and partial 60-second increments of transmission or connection time, whether or not the transmission occurs or is completed (such as instances when someone answers the call or transmission is interrupted before completion). For example, a one-page fax with a transmission duration of thirty (30) seconds is recognized as one page and a one-page fax with a transmission duration of one minute and six seconds is recognized as two pages. Also, faxes sent to certain destinations may count as multiple pages. You can check the fees for fax transmissions to all destinations at Fax.Plus Rates.
3.2. Unused subscription plans credits. The amount of pages included in your Subscription Plan is valid only for a one month period and does not roll over to the next month. For example, if your Subscription Plan includes one hundred (100) pages per month and you only use fifty (50), the remaining fifty (50) pages will not add to the one hundred (100) pages you will have in the following month under your Subscription Plan. However, if you add extra credits to your Fax.Plus Account in order to send or receive more pages than are included in your Subscription Plan and do not use all of the extra credits in that specific month, the outstanding extra credits will roll over to the next months, until you use all of your extra credits. No refunds will be made for unused pages included in your Subscription Plan or for unused extra credits.
3.3. Deactivation and allocation of Fax.Plus numbers. If your Account does not have a sufficient amount of credit to extend your monthly or yearly subscription, your Fax.Plus Number will be deactivated at the end of the billing cycle. Random numbers will be revoked from your Account fourteen (14) days after deactivation and Custom/Golden/Ported numbers after a thirty (30) days period. Once your Fax.Plus Number is revoked, you will lose access to that Fax.Plus Number and its settings. Your Fax.Plus Number might be allocated to someone else after it passes our internal allocation procedures. Alohi may delete your stored information and data and settings, as well as allocate your Fax.Plus Number to someone else, after it passes our internal allocation procedures.
3.4. Cancelation of paid subscription plans. In addition to the cancellation terms set out in the Terms of Service, upon expiration or termination of the Subscription Plan, you will lose access to your Fax.Plus Number.
4.1. Cooling-off period and refund policy. When you purchase extra credits or perform any purchase directly from us you will be entitled to a cancellation period of 24 hours (“Cooling-Off Period”) unless you have made use of the Fax.Plus Credits in any way (e.g. if Fax.Plus allocates you a Fax.Plus number or if you send or receive a fax), in which case the Cooling-Off Period will be extinguished, and your purchase cannot be canceled or refunded. Outside of the Cooling-Off Period, nothing is refundable.
4.2. Allocation of Fax.Plus numbers. You hereby expressly agree that Fax.Plus Numbers may be allocated to you before the end of the Cooling-Off Period and become non-refundable upon allocation.
4.3. Cooling-off period limitations. The Cooling-Off Period and refunds do not apply to payments made in order to subscribe to one of our paid Subscription Plans or any purchase that is (i) made via a third party partner of Alohi (please contact the partner directly, who may decide, at its sole discretion, whether or not to pay a refund), (ii) not directly acquired online from us (e.g. vouchers or pre-paid cards) (iii) paid for in cash using third party payment methods (such as a cash payment wallet) and (iv) paid for and allocated to your Account by a manager, administrator or another user.
4.4. Misuse. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we reasonably believe (i) that you are trying to unfairly exploit this refund policy, for example, by making repetitive refund requests in respect of the same Alohi Service; (ii) if you are in breach of Alohi Terms or (iii) if we reasonably suspect that you are using Alohi Services fraudulently or that your Account is being used by a third party fraudulently.
5.1. Warranties. As outlined in the Terms of Service, the Alohi Websites and Alohi Services are provided “as is” and on an “as available” basis and without warranties of any kind, save as for those provided to users subscribed to our enterprise plan and subject to the Service Level Agreement.

1.1. Product description. Scan.Plus is a digital scanning application that allows users to scan documents directly from their mobile devices and store the scans locally on their devices (“Scan.Plus Services”).
2.1. User responsibilities. Users are solely responsible for the content of the documents they scan and store using Scan.Plus Services. Alohi bears no responsibility for such content.
2.2. Permissions. Scan.Plus requires certain permissions to function correctly, such as camera access to scan documents. Users will be prompted to grant these permissions upon first use of the relevant feature.
3.1. Pricing policy. Scan.Plus Services are provided free of charge, but premium features may be available for purchase within the app. Prices for these premium features may change without notice.
4.1. Cooling-off period and refund policy. When you make a purchase directly from Scan.Plus Services, you are eligible for a 24-hour cancellation period (“Cooling-Off Period”), unless you have utilized the purchased item or feature in any manner. If you have used the item or feature, the Cooling-Off Period will be voided, and your purchase cannot be canceled or refunded. Outside of the Cooling-Off Period, no refunds will be provided.
4.2. Cooling-off period limitations. The Cooling-Off Period and refund policy do not apply to payments made under the following circumstances: (i) purchases made via our third-party partner (please contact the partner directly for their refund decision, at their sole discretion); (ii) purchases not acquired directly from us online (e.g., vouchers or pre-paid cards); (iii) payments made in cash using third-party payment methods (such as a cash payment wallet); and (iv) payments made and allocated to your Account by a manager, administrator, or another user.
4.3. Misuse. We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we reasonably suspect any of the following: (i) you are attempting to exploit this refund policy unfairly, such as by repeatedly requesting refunds for the same Scan.Plus Service; (ii) you are in violation of our Terms; or (iii) you are engaged in fraudulent use of Scan.Plus Services or there is reasonable suspicion of third-party fraudulent activity on your Account.
